Wow this is such a strange coincidence, I need to purchase 2 of these for my job but unfortunately they have to be purchased new, under warranty for 3 years in order for the Business Office to approve the expense.

Just wanted to know what your experience has been with this exact model. It was the one recommended by our tech department after we had so many horrible experiences with some Lenovos.

HP's line of business class notebooks. Mine's a few years old but it performs very well.

They're pretty nice, decent build quality compared to Dell's consumer line crap. Easy access and updatability if you need to change the HD/SSD, add RAM, clean out the fan, etc. Remove a few screws and the bottom cover lifts right off. The keyboard is nice and the touchpad isn't bad either.

If you wish, I can install Win98 on a VM for you... if you buy it.

DOSBOX or GTFAC.
In all seriousness, I wish I could. I'm still using a $450 Compaq laptop I bought back in early 2009 with Vista, and my desktop is a 2004. I've got Bigger Things planned with my money, though, and the Ranchero is hoovering up excesses.
